
Denver hospitality investor, Sage Hospitality, has elevated Daniel del Olmo to CEO. The hospitality group, founded 41 years ago, operates more than 140 hotels, restaurants and entertainment venues across the country, 48 in Colorado.
Del Olmo has worked at Sage Hospitality since 2020 and his most recent role was as co-CEO. Prior to joining Sage, del Olmo worked for Wyndham Hotel Group for around 11 years. He brings about 25 years of global hospitality experience to the CEO role.
The company employs a total of nearly 7,000 people across its four companies, including Sage Hotel Management, Sage Restaurant Concepts, Sage Studio and Sage Investments.Â
Trammell Crow Co. announced Megan Kranichfeld will be its new Denver office market leader. The Denver Business Journal reports Kranichfeld has led industrial development efforts in Colorado for the company since 2023.

Kranichfeld will be responsible for both day-to-day operations and strategic oversight of all new development and investment activity for TCC and High Street Residential. Since she joined TCC, the company’s Denver pipeline has grown to over 2 million square feet of speculative development with 3.8 million square feet of build-to-suit space under construction now.
