
RXR’s 75 Rockefeller Plaza has secured two new office leases, bringing the building to nearly 100% leased. Law firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, which expanded its footprint into New York this summer, will occupy 7,510 square feet for three years. Univest Securities, a boutique full-service investment bank, signed a 10-year lease for 7,802 square feet.
Brownstein was represented by Todd Wheeler, Lou D’Avanzo, and Jordy Elardo of Cushman & Wakefield. RXR was represented by Bruce Mosler, Ethan Silverstein, Anthony LoPresti, Connor Daugstrup and Bianca Di Mauro of Cushman & Wakefield and in-house by Daniel Birney, Walter Rooney and Heidi Steinegger.
Univest was represented by Brian Hay and Tim Hay from Cushman & Wakefield. RXR was represented by Mosler and his team and by the in-house RXR team.
