RAF Pacifica Group (RPG) recently leased space at two of its buildings in Carlsbad. The larger of the two lease transactions totals 64,500 square feet at 1812 Aston Ave. in the Carlsbad Research Center area. The undisclosed tenant is a leading aerospace manufacturing company.
In the second transaction, a national surf-culture clothing and surfboard brand has leased 17,451 square feet at 2330 Faraday Ave. for general office and warehouse use.
“Our two most recent lease transactions highlight Southern Californian tenants’ increasing desire for functional office layouts, top-tier amenities and prime locations,” said Adam Robinson, founder of RPG. “State-of-the-art industrial properties that combine creative office space with needed warehouse or manufacturing facilities are in short supply in the greater San Diego market.”
According to research from Cushman & Wakefield, vacancy rates in the North San Diego County market remained near historical lows at 6.3% as of the end of 2024.
