The Rolex Building, a 30-story office tower at 665 Fifth Ave, in Midtown Manhattan, will open in fall of 2026, replacing a low-rise building Rolex had occupied since the 1970s. Designed by architect Sir David Chipperfield, the 165,000-square-foot tower will house a multi-level Rolex retail space, along with office floors for Rolex and other leading companies including Angeles Wealth Management, which will establish its New York office at 665 Fifth.
“New York City and Fifth Avenue, in particular, have long been crucial to Rolex in the United States. The Rolex Building at 665 Fifth Ave. is a clear expression of our enduring commitment to this city: a beautiful example of modern architecture that will serve our team and tenants, as well as welcome clients for decades to come,” said Luca Bernasconi, CEO, Rolex Watch U.S.A., Inc. “Sir David Chipperfield’s design captures the excellence, precision and longevity that define Rolex, while setting a new standard for an exceptional workplace experience in the heart of Midtown.”
Pavarini McGovern is serving as construction manager on the development.
