Rivian reported 8,640 vehicle deliveries of the R1T and R1S in the first quarter of 2025, representing a steep 36% decline compared to the same period in 2024 when it delivered 13,588 vehicles. For comparison, Tesla also saw a drop in sales to start the year, though it only amounted to 13%. Rivian built 14,611 vehicles during the first three months of 2025, but only delivered just under 60% of those to customers.
