Electric truck and SUV company Rivian has agreed to settle a class action lawsuit over its vehicle pricing around the time of its initial stock offering in 2021. The settlement is for a massive $250 million, but the maker of the R1S SUV insists that it did not violate securities laws. Rivian indicated that this would let it focus resources on launching its R2 electric vehicle, expected to come out early next year.
