The Ritz-Carlton will soon establish a presence in Houston. Deiso Moss and Cleary Interests are partnering with Marriott to build the hotel and residences at 2120 Post Oak Blvd. The 44-story tower will be close to the Galleria and River Oaks District. Construction is well underway for a new standalone Ritz-Carlton condo project, just outside Houston, in The Woodlands.
The Ritz-Carlton Hotel & Residences will include 154 guest rooms and 114 condo residences, marking the brand’s first combined hotel and residential property inside Houston’s urban core. Residences will start at 2,200 square feet, with nearly 27,000 square feet of private amenities exclusive to owners, including a private motor court, lobby, elevators, and panoramic views of Uptown.
Hotel guests and condo owners will also have access to 50,000 square feet of shared amenities. Harvey Cleary will serve as the general contractor.
