Yes Parade Restaurant Group, a Seattle-based hospitality group with seven restaurants throughout the Puget Sound region, plans to open a second Sabine restaurant location in Bellevue.
The restaurant is slated for Skanska’s The Eight office tower and will mark Yes Parade’s first expansion into the Eastside. Sabine opened in Ballard in 2020 and serves brunch, craft espresso, house-made pastries flowing and a Mediterranean-inspired dinner and cocktail menu.
Anne Marie Koehler and Erika Koehler of Newmark oversee leasing for retail space at The Eight, and CBRE handles office space at the property. Yes Parade Restaurant Group has ten locations across the Pacific Northwest and Denver.
Slated to open in early 2026, Sabine Café Bellevue has secured space in The Eight, a 25-story office tower at 10666 NE 8th St. The 3,000-square-foot restaurant will be located on the ground floor and offer 50 seats for indoor and outdoor dining.
