Naftali Group and Access Industries have launched leasing at Two Williamsburg Wharf and Three Williamsburg Wharf, two new luxury rental buildings at Williamsburg Wharf, a 3.75-acre master-planned development along Williamsburg’s East River shoreline.
Located at 478 and 482 Kent Ave., respectively, Two and Three Williamsburg Wharf will offer 334 luxury apartments across the two residential towers and bring a curated collection of indoor and outdoor lifestyle amenities spanning more than 20,000 square feet to their future residents. Move-ins are scheduled to begin this spring.
“Williamsburg has matured into a premier destination for culture, dining and vibrant city living, and Naftali Group is proud to reinforce its commitment to redefining urban living with this latest addition to the Williamsburg waterfront’s last developable parcel,” said Miki Naftali, chairman and CEO of Naftali Group.
Pricing for the market-rate apartments at Two and Three Williamsburg Wharf starts at $3,500 for a studio apartment, with leasing being exclusively handled by Corcoran New Development.
