
The Sunny Isles Beach City Commission approved a 62-story oceanfront condominium tower planned at 19051 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. The project is being developed by The Related Group in partnership with Dezer Development and BH Group. The building is poised to become the tallest tower in Sunny Isles Beach. It will include 145 luxury residences.
Land costs amounted to $131.8 million land buy, with total development costs projected at $351 million
The roughly 2-acre oceanfront parcel is currently occupied by the Miami Beach Club, a two-story residential building completed in 1951 with 108 units.
Residences will range from three to six bedrooms, including full-floor penthouses at the top levels. The design work will be done by Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates Architects. Amenities will feature multiple pools, outdoor spa, private cabanas, a padel court and direct beach access.
