Related Group completed Casamar, a boutique, oceanfront condominium at 900 N. Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach. The 118-residence property marks Related’s second condominium delivery in Pompano Beach, following the Solemar, completed in 2023.
The project is designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Rockwell Group. Nearly all residences are now occupied.
With 300 feet of shoreline, Casamar’s residences span 1,000 to 3,900 square feet. Each unit has terraces that capture views of the Atlantic, Intracoastal Waterway and Downtown Pompano Beach.

Related recently broke ground on the Waldorf Astoria Residences Pompano Beach, the first-ever standalone residential offering from the iconic brand, and also launched W Pompano Beach Hotel & Residences, in partnership with BH Group and Marriott International.
