
Related Group, Miami-Dade County Housing & Community Development, and Miami-Dade County Public Schools opened Magnus Brickell, a Class-A, mixed-income, transit-oriented development in Miami. With 465 workforce, market rate, and affordable homes, the tower replaces a former 96-unit elderly housing complex and surface parking lot.
Magnus Brickell features a mix of studios, one, two and three-bedroom residences, including 93 units for households earning 50% or less of the area median income with HUD rental assistance, 70 units for those earning up to 140% of the area median income, and 302 market-rate units.
Amenities include a sun deck, swimming pool and fitness center. The Metrorail is less than one-eighth of a mile away.Â
In collaboration with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, the development includes land allocated for a new urban K-8 public school next door.
