R.W. Holmes arranged the sale of 1628 -1636 Shawsheen St., an industrial storage site in Tewksbury, MA. The three-acre site sold for $2,300,000. R.W. Holmes represented the seller, the Fortier Family, while MassMulch acquired the property.
MassMulch, a growing landscape supply company serving residential and commercial customers across Massachusetts, plans to utilize the site to store materials and better serve its growing customer base.
“Despite its challenges, 1628-1636 Shawsheen offered an excellent opportunity for industrial outdoor storage users to own a site that is just two minutes off the I-93 corridor”, said Mike Ogasapian, SIOR, SVP at R.W. Holmes. “We selected a great buyer that remained steadfast throughout a lengthy permitting process. We are very pleased with the outcome of a collaboration between both buyer and seller.”
