This cocktail combines some of my absolute favorite fall flavors! I typically stick to cold brew during the warmer months, but it just goes so well with this pumpkin pie liqueur. So creamy and flavorful, I know you will fall for this Pumpkin Pie Cold Brew cocktail just like I have.

The pumpkin pie cold brew cocktail came to be out of necessity and a little creative fun. While making cocktails with some girlfriends, being moms, we were in our natural state. TIRED. But we were dedicated to the task at hand! And that task was created delicious cocktail recipes for you, our reader!
So, tired and desperately needing caffeine, we raided my fridge to find my favorite vanilla cold brew concentrate. YUM! Normally, I just add ice and milk for a delicious summer treat. This night, we added the ice as normal, but instead of milk, we reached for the delicious pumpkin pie liqueur. The result is literally dessert in a glass. Drooling yet?
A great cocktail to sip on this holiday season, the pumpkin pie cocktail will have everyone raving and talking about your impressive hostess skills. The best part? It’s so simple. You won’t be bogged down making complicated cocktails while your friends mingle. You, the hostess, get to mingle too! Well, unless your kids are present. Then, you will probably do less mingling. But, can you really think of anything better than seeing your kids smile during the holidays? Nope, me either!

A note for the sober curious among us, you can also make a delish version of this without the alcohol. Use a pumpkin syrup instead. These can even be resourced on Amazon. We found a small batch vendor here (note: this is an Amazon Affiliate link).
And to be a little more eco-friendly, try this mason jar with a lid and reusable straw. I also found the set on Amazon. (note: this is an Amazon Affiliate link).
