The Procopio Companies said Amara, its newest mixed-use community in downtown Beverly, MA, has received its Certificate of Occupancy. Residents have officially begun moving in, and leasing is now underway.
Located at the convergence of Cabot and Rantoul Streets, two of the North Shore’s most prominent main streets, Amara brings 60 market-rate, Class A studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences to Beverly’s downtown corridor.
“After the success of our Sedna development along the Beverly waterfront, we are proud to once again partner with the City of Beverly to bring thoughtfully designed housing options to the community,” said Bryan Vitale, SVP of Investments at Procopio. “The early resident interest and move-ins at Amara reflect the growing demand for high-quality, well-located living on the North Shore.”
Procopio partnered with Beverly Crossing to co-develop Amara, serving as both lead developer and construction manager. SV Design is the architect and interior designer for the project.
