Progressive Real Estate Partners closed the $7,950,000 sale of an ARCO Gas Station and AM/PM Convenience Store at 15333 Rancherias Rd. in Apple Valley. The purchase included both the business and the real estate.
Victor Buendia, SVP of gas station and car wash sales of Progressive Real Estate Partners represented both parties. The seller and repeat client was an Inland Empire-based private investor. The buyer, also an Inland Empire based private investor, owns other ARCO gas stations in the region.
Built in 1998, the well-established ARCO station features six recently replaced dispensers with 16 fueling positions. The sale also included a 2,737-square-foot AM/PM convenience store that has recently been refreshed with updated equipment and increased inventory. Customers can purchase a variety of grocery items including snacks, to-go fresh food and beverages including beer and wine, according to Porgressive Real Estate.
