The current ICE-powered Porsche Macan may be heading toward the end of its lifecycle, yet no one had imagined turning it into a drift car. Until now. At this year’s SEMA Show, auto parts retailer FCP Euro unveiled what it calls the first-ever Drift Macan, a four-seat smoke machine powered by an Audi-sourced V8.

From the outside, it’s clear this Macan was built with one purpose in mind. The SUV sits lower than stock, adopting a stance more hot hatch than crossover, and wears a full racing livery paired with a muscular bodykit.
The additions include a sharp front splitter, widened fenders, and a large rear wing. At the back, the skid plate has been removed to show off the heavily revised suspension components underneath.
The Drift Macan rides on custom 3-way dampers and features an air-jack system supplied by Aston x Moton Suspension. The Rotiform five-spoke alloy wheels sit with serious negative camber on the front axle, concealing a 034 Motorsport brake kit with red calipers behind them.

Inside, the Macan has shed every unnecessary gram. The interior is bare except for what’s essential: a full roll cage for safety and four individual bucket seats fitted with racing harnesses. There’s also a hydraulic handbrake, a quick-release steering wheel, and a custom control panel mounted on the center console.
What Powers It?
What really transforms this project, though, is the engine swap. Gone is the factory V6, replaced by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 from a 2014 Audi RS7. It’s been tuned to deliver over 600 hp, helped by a new intake system and upgraded heat exchanger to handle the demands of extended sideways sessions.

All that power goes solely to the rear wheels through an eight-speed ZF gearbox, reworked to enable simulated sequential shifts and genuine clutch kicks via a drive-by-wire clutch pedal.
According to FCP Euro, the TSH Auto crew has been building the Drift Macan all year long. The model is currently being exhibited at the Hoonigan booth in SEMA. After the show, the Audi-powered Porsche will be put to its paces on various US tracks throughout 2026, serving as a drift taxi.
