In this article, we’ll be comparing phones from Google and OnePlus. In other words, we’ll be comparing the vanilla Pixel 10 vs OnePlus’ flagship for last year. As you may know, that’s a Google Pixel 10 vs OnePlus 13 comparison. Both companies have more powerful phones at this point, yes, but we’ll be focusing on these two, rather different devices. It should be a rather interesting comparison due to all those differences.
The first thing we’ll do is list the specs of both phones. Following that, we’ll compare their designs, displays, performance, battery life, cameras, and audio output. The two phones do have a lot of differences, starting with their specs and designs, going all the way to their internals. There’s plenty to talk about, so… let’s get to it.

Google Pixel 10 vs OnePlus 13: Design
These two phones do look somewhat similar when you look at them from the front. They both have flat displays with a centered display camera hole up top. That camera hole is smaller on the OnePlus 13, while the bezels are thinner as well. They’re uniform on both phones, though. The OnePlus 13 also has slightly rounded glass on top of its display. The corner curvature is a bit more aggressive on the Pixel 10.
Both smartphones are made out of aluminum and glass, though there is an eco-leather variant of the OnePlus 13 as well. That one is far grippier than all the other models, from both phones. Both devices have power/lock and volume up and down keys on the right-hand side, but their positioning is different. The OnePlus 13 also has an alert slider on the left side, unlike the Google Pixel 10.
The Google Pixel 10 includes a camera visor on the back, which sits towards the top of the backplate. The OnePlus 13 has a round camera island in the top-left corner. The Pixel 10 does not wobble on the table, unlike the OnePlus 13. The Pixel 10 is a smaller phone, as it has a noticeably smaller display. It is shorter, narrower, and around the same thickness as the OnePlus 13. It is only slightly lighter, though. Both devices are IP68 certified, while the OnePlus 13 also has an IP69 certification.
Google Pixel 10 vs OnePlus 13: Display
The Google Pixel 10 features a 6.3-inch OLED display. That panel is flat, and it has a 120Hz refresh rate. HDR10+ content is supported, while the peak brightness is 3,000 nits. The screen-to-body ratio here is around 86%, while the resolution is 2424 x 1080 pixels. The display aspect ratio is 20:9, while the Gorilla Glass Victus 2 is included to protect the phone’s display.

The OnePlus 13, on the other hand, includes a 6.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display. That panel is flat, and it supports up to 1 billion colors. Its refresh rate goes up to 120Hz, while the display supports high-frequency PWM dimming. Dolby Vision is supported, as is HDR10+ and HDR Vivid. The peak brightness here is 4,500 nits. The screen-to-body ratio is around 91%, while the resolution is 3168 x 1440 pixels. A Ceramic Guard glass protects this panel.
Both of these displays are really good, but the OnePlus 13’s panel does have some advantages. It does get a bit brighter, while it also supports high-frequency PWM dimming, which will be great for those of you who have sensitive eyes. Its panel also supports adaptive brightness from 1 to 120Hz, and it’s also sharper. Both displays are vivid and have great viewing angles, though.
Google Pixel 10 vs OnePlus 13: Performance
The Google Tensor G5 fuels the Google Pixel 10. That is the very first Tensor chip made by TSMC, and it’s a 3nm processor. It is paired with 12GB of RAM inside the Pixel 10, while the phone also uses UFS 3.1 or UFS 4.0 flash storage. Its 128GB model uses UFS 3.1, while the 256GB storage variant utilizes UFS 4.0 storage. Storage expansion is not available here.
The OnePlus 13, on the flip side, is fueled by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. That is Qualcomm’s 3nm chip, and a processor that was the company’s flagship offering last year. That chip is backed by up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM (up to 16GB globally) inside the OnePlus 13, and UFS 4.0 flash storage is used. Storage expansion is not available on this phone either.
Both of these phones offer really good performance. It is worth noting that the OnePlus 13 is a bit more snappy when you directly compare them. That won’t really matter to most, as both phones are quite snappy, and lag is not a part of the experience on either phone. When it comes to gaming, the OnePlus 13 takes the cake. It not only has a more powerful SoC and GPU, but it also comes with more gaming features, and it’s more oriented towards gaming. The Pixel 10 is definitely not made for that purpose.
Google Pixel 10 vs OnePlus 13: Battery
The Google Pixel 10 features a 4,970mAh battery on the inside, while the OnePlus 13 comes with a 6,000mAh battery pack. The OnePlus 13 does have a notably larger display, so a larger battery is not surprising. It also has a silicon-carbon battery, unlike the Pixel 10. Does the OnePlus 13 offer better battery life, though? Well, yes, and by quite a margin, actually.
The OnePlus 13 offers around 25-30% more screen-on time than the Pixel 10 in our experience. At times, that percentage can be even higher. You can get several more hours of screen-on time on the OnePlus 13 with ease. The Pixel 10’s battery life is not bad per se, but it’s noticeably worse than what the OnePlus 13 has to offer. Do note that gaming also drains the Pixel 10 battery a bit faster in comparison, at least based on what we’ve seen.
When it comes to charging, the Pixel 10 supports 30W wired, 15W wireless (Qi2), and reverse wired charging. The OnePlus 13, on the other hand, supports 100W wired, 50W wireless, 10W reverse wireless, and 5W reverse wired charging. Yes, the OnePlus 13 can be charged much faster with a compatible charger. Neither phone ships with a charger, by the way. You can charge the OnePlus 13 in about 35 minutes, while the Pixel 10 will take over an hour and a half to fully charge. The OnePlus 13 also supports much faster wireless charging.
Google Pixel 10 vs OnePlus 13: Cameras
The Google Pixel 10 includes three cameras on the back. A 48-megapixel main camera (1/2.0-inch sensor size) is backed by a 13-megapixel ultrawide snapper (1/3.1-inch sensor size, 120-degree FoV). There is also a third camera on the back, a 10.8-megapixel telephoto unit (1/3.2-inch sensor size, 5x optical zoom.

The OnePlus 13, on the other hand, also has three cameras on the back. A 50-megapixel main camera (1/1.43-inch sensor size) is backed by a 50-megapixel ultrawide unit (1/2.75-inch sensor size, 120-degree FoV). The third camera on the back is a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto unit (1/1.95-inch sensor size, 3x optical zoom).
Hardware-wise, the OnePlus has more powerful cameras across the board. It simply has larger sensors and better optics in general. Yes, we also preferred the images that the OnePlus 13 delivered. Both phones deliver contrasty shots, but the ones from the Pixel 10 seem more unrealistic/processed. The OnePlus 13 offered more balance across the board, and also more details, which goes for all three of its cameras, actually. The Pixel 10 does a fine job with photos as well, though.
Audio
Both of these smartphones include stereo speakers on the inside. The ones on the OnePlus 13 are a bit louder in comparison, but both sets are loud enough, that’s for sure. The sound quality is also quite good.
You will not find an audio jack on either one of these two smartphones. You can always hook up your headphones to their Type-C ports, if you’d like. Alternatively, Bluetooth 6.0 is available on the Pixel 10, while the OnePlus 13 supports Bluetooth 5.4 for wireless audio connectivity.
