Jack Resnick & Sons has secured a new 10-year, 11,716-square-foot office lease with Pearson VUE, Inc. at 255 Greenwich St. in the Financial District. The office will be the information technology services firm’s first in New York City.

Jack Resnick & Sons was represented in-house by managing director Adam Rappaport and executive managing director Brett Greenberg. Pearson VUE was represented by SVP Mike McKenna of Cresa. The tenant will begin occupancy at the 14-story, 625,000-square-foot office property within the next few months.
