Peak Properties has been awarded the management assignment at 7800-10 S. Colfax in Chicago’s South Side.

This 36-unit property offers a variety of apartment layouts with close proximity to local parks, cultural institutions, and South Side neighborhoods. Originally built in 1927, the mid-rise apartments feature a courtyard on a .35 acre lot.
