
Peak Construction Corporation has been awarded a tenant improvement project in Richfield, Ohio.
The Headwaters tenant improvement project, located at 2636 Brecksville Road, will include a 13,500-square-foot office remodel in the 34,396-square-foot industrial outdoor storage building located on 11 acres with 22 14’x12’ drive-in doors, as well as remote restroom additions and exterior work including a fenced and paved yard.
Peak is partnering with Meld Architects, a Cleveland-based architectural firm. The project will be completed by the end of Q1 2026. Headquartered in Rosemont, Peak Construction Corporation was also awarded DarwinPW Realty’s White Oak Warehouse project in Aurora, Illinois, last year. The speculative industrial facility spans 52,925 square feet, with a 32’ clear height, 10 docks, 2 drive-in doors, 31 trailer stalls and 63 parking spaces.
