R.W. Holmes arranged an 18,045-square-foot office lease at 15 Hampshire St. in Mansfield, MA by ConnectPay, an online payroll solutions provider. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
Director of corporate services Elizabeth Holmes and managing director Dean Blackey represented ConnectPay. Sublessor Medtronic was represented by Steve Woodworth and Mitch Kumin of Savills.
