Pacific Northwest Research Institute (PNRI) has listed its 45,000-square-foot research facility at 720 Broadway in Seattle for sale. The Institute has engaged Heartland, LLC as the exclusive broker for the transaction.
The six-story property has served as PNRI’s headquarters since 1988, housing laboratory, office, and meeting space. “PNRI has always adapted to the evolving landscape of biomedical science, even in times when research funding has been especially challenging,” said Mark Rieder, PhD, Chief Operating Officer of PNRI. “This decision positions us to pursue new opportunities for collaboration and growth, while ensuring that our discovery science and translational research continue to drive meaningful advances in human health.”
The sale of 720 Broadway comes at a time of dynamic change within Seattle’s life sciences ecosystem. By working with Heartland, LLC, PNRI will seek a buyer aligned with the future growth of the neighborhood and its role in the region’s innovation economy.
