OPPO has released a teaser for the Find N6’s crease-less display ahead of its rumored launch. That is something OPPO teased in the past, kind of, via one of its executives. The phone is expected to have the industry’s shallowest display crease.
The OPPO Find N6 teaser teases crease-less inner display
Despite the fact that OPPO has been doing a great job with crease control in the past, including the OPPO Find N5, things can get even better, it seems. The company’s new teaser, which was released via Weibo, points in that direction. You can see the image OPPO shared below.

This teaser shows off the phone’s main display and the bezels around it. For some reason, there’s a horse running across the display. OPPO also used a ‘Smooth Sailing’ tag along with this image.
The invisible crease is the message OPPO is trying to get across here. There are no lines on the display, though even if there were, marketing materials such as these would not have shown them. Still, this is a clear teaser for OPPO’s new creasage control.
HONOR is planning to minimize the crease as well
As a reminder, HONOR is also planning to minimize the crease with its new tech. HONOR apparently has a new hinge tech, which will be used to achieve this. We still don’t know how OPPO will do it.
We still don’t know when OPPO will announce the OPPO Find N6. The company did not officially announce the event just yet. However, March 17 is rumored at this point, so that could be the date. We do know what it’ll look like thanks to a recent leak, though.
The OPPO Find N6 will get a global variant, just like its predecessor, though the availability of the OPPO Find N5 was quite limited. We’re hoping that OPPO will change that with the new model.
As a reminder, OPPO is also tipped to launch a wider book-style foldable later this year. That phone will compete directly with Apple’s first foldable and a wider iteration of the Galaxy Z Fold 8.
