The OPPO Find X9 Ultra is right around the corner. OPPO confirmed that the phone is coming to global markets, unlike all of its predecessors. With that being said, the OPPO Find X9 Ultra will also be getting a ‘Master Edition’.
The OPPO Find X9 Ultra Master Edition will have an “exclusive design” and a teleconverter kit
This information comes from Digital Chat Station, a well-known tipster. That will be the phone’s top-tier version equipped with 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It will also have an exclusive design and a teleconverter kit, which already leaked.
The tipster also confirmed that a quad camera setup will be located on the back, headlined by a 200-megapixel unit with a 1/1.12-inch sensor size. That will almost certainly be the Sony LYT-901 camera sensor, Sony’s flagship camera sensor for phones. That camera will also be used in the Vivo X300 Ultra.
In addition to a powerful main camera, its periscope telephoto unit will also be quite impressive
A 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera will also be a part of the package. The OmniVision OV52A sensor is tipped, which has a 1/1.28-inch sensor size. A 50-megapixel 10x telephoto is also mentioned, and the same goes for a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera.
Both the telephoto and ultrawide cameras are tipped to use Samsung’s ISOCELL JN5 sensor, which has a 1/2.76-inch sensor size. The phone will also feature a 6.82-inch display with a 2K resolution, and a 50-megapixel selfie snapper.
Now, while this phone will arrive in global markets this time around, we’re not sure if the ‘Master Edition’ will be available. The teleconverter kit could end up being exclusive to China, even though that’s not likely.
The device is expected to arrive next month
We’re not sure when exactly the OPPO Find X9 Ultra will launch, but rumors are saying it will happen in April. The other camera beast that is coming, the Vivo X300 Ultra, is said to launch on March 30.
