The upcoming OPPO Find N6 has surfaced on Geekbench, reports Abhishek Yadav, a tipster. That listing confirms some details about the phone. The phone’s SoC got confirmed as part of it, along with some other details.
Before we get down to specs, let’s just say that the device scored 3,524 points in a single-core test and 9,090 points in a multi-core test on Geekbench. As far as its GPU (OpenCL) goes, it scored 24,103 points.
The OPPO Find N6 surfaced on Geekbench with a 7-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5
You’ll be glad to know that the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 is used here, but its 7-core variant. OPPO did something similar with the OPPO Find N5, as it used a 7-core variant of the Snapdragon 8 Elite. That didn’t really impact its prowess in any way, so we’re hoping the same will be the case this time around.
The listing also confirms that the phone includes 16GB of RAM and that Android 16 will come pre-installed. OPPO’s ColorOS 16 will come pre-installed on top of Android, though, of course.
OPPO still has not confirmed when will the Find N6 become official. The phone could arrive during the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona, though we’re still not sure. If not there, then soon after.
OPPO is planning to announce a wider book-style foldable later this year
This will become the company’s new flagship foldable, a new book-style foldable. As a reminder, OPPO is also expected to announce a wider book-style foldable later this year, the one that will compete directly with Apple’s first foldable smartphone.
The OPPO Find N6 is rumored to include a 200-megapixel main camera this time around, along with two additional 50-megapixel units on the back. An 8.12-inch main display is rumored, along with a 6.62-inch cover panel.
The phone is also rumored to include a 6,000mAh battery and support wireless charging. It could be slightly lighter than its predecessor, and also slightly thinner, possibly.
