The OnePlus 15 could end up offering faster charging than its predecessor, and at the same time, faster charging than we expected. The phone passed through the TÜV certification, thus revealing the info.
The device in question is the OnePlus CPH2747, which stands for a global version of the device. We cannot confirm that this model is the OnePlus 15, with utmost certainty, but we’re convinced it is.
The OnePlus 15 could end up offering 120W charging
Based on the information shared here, the phone will support 120W wired charging. In other words, a 20% improvement over what the OnePlus 13 offers. The fact that 120W charging is mentioned here pushes us to believe this is the OnePlus 15 even more, and the timing fits too. The phone is expected to arrive next month.

Speaking of charging, the OnePlus 13, with its 6,000mAh battery, can be fully charged in around 35 minutes thanks to 100W charging. It does charge a bit slower in the US, though, as it’s limited to 80W.
In any case, the OnePlus 15 is rumored to include a 7,000mAh battery, but also faster charging at the same time. Chances are that the charging time will be similar to what the OnePlus 13 offers, in the end, at least outside of the US.
The phone will ship with truly powerful specs, including a 165Hz display
The OnePlus 15 is rumored ti include the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 SoC, which could end up being called the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. It will include up to 16GB of RAM, at least globally, and a 6.78-inch OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate.
That 7,000mAh battery will be boosted by 120W wired and 50W wireless charging. ON the back, you’ll find three 50-megapixel cameras based on what we’ve seen thus far. The phone is allegedly coming in black, purple, and titanium colors.
