Official iPhone 17 Pro & iPhone Air Wallpapers Available to Download

With every new iPhone release, Apple also introduces new wallpapers themed around its latest iPhones. This year is no different. If you’re looking for a new wallpaper for your iPhone (or even Android phone), here are all the official iPhone Air and iPhone 17 Pro wallpapers that you can download and use right away.

iPhone Air, iPhone 17 Pro wallpapers

As expected, seeing as how iOS 26 is introducing Apple’s new Liquid Glass design language, the wallpapers of the iPhone Air and iPhone 17 Pro share the same language. They all feature a liquid-like effect, and there are six to choose from.

For the iPhone Air, there are two wallpapers that have a dark theme. The rest are themed around the color of the phone. The same goes for the iPhone 17 Pro. However, the Pro version is still largely very dark and black-looking. The main difference is that the “light” version has some brighter areas, while the dark version has more shadows.

What’s new with these iPhones?

Apple really shook things up with its 2025 iPhone launch event. Many of us expected the base iPhone to be the most boring. However, the new larger ProMotion display and Center Stage selfie cam are quickly turning the base model into an incredibly great value for money purchase.

Apple also took the wraps off the brand-new iPhone Air. This is the first new iPhone model in a while. It is also the thinnest iPhone Apple has ever released to date. While the company had to compromise on certain specs and features, the ultra-thin design actually looks pretty amazing. If you’re not a particularly demanding user and want something slim, this could be it.

As for the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max models, these models also got a design update. Apple stretched the camera module across the back of the phone. It also introduced a dual-tone design, which is admittedly quite surprising and slightly un-Apple-like. All the new iPhone 17 models are available for pre-order and are expected to be available on September 19.
