- Younkins & Schecter LLP, a leading Manhattan-based, women-owned law firm with a dedicated commercial real estate practice, promoted Robert F. Russell to partner. Russell joined the WBENC-New York State and New York City (WBE)-certified firm in 2011 and currently serves as a senior associate. Â
- Marathon Asset Management, a global credit investment manager, announced that Joseph Griffin has become the firm’s newest partner. Griffin, who joined Marathon 12 years ago, will continue to serve as senior portfolio manager for the firm’s commercial real estate business, including loan origination and CMBS trading, while serving on Marathon’s Investment committee.Â
