
- Extell Development Company said Andrew Chung has joined the company as president and co-CEO, partnering with Gary Barnett, Extell’s founder, chairman & CEO. Chung is the founder of Innovo Property Group, which he established in 2015. Before founding Innovo, he was a partner at The Carlyle Group, where he was a senior member of the U.S. Real Estate Fund and served as head of the New York office for a decade. Â
- MetLife Investment Management (MIM), the institutional asset management business of MetLife, Inc., announced that Andrea Drasites will join the company as global head of Real Estate and Agricultural Finance, effective Oct. 1, 2026. She will report to Brian Funk, president of MIM. Drasites joins MIM from Blackstone, where she held several leadership positions during her 13 years with the firm. Most recently, she was senior managing director in the Real Estate Group.Â
- Cushman & Wakefield has added Nick Hilton as Executive Managing Director and Brendan McBride as Executive Director. Both are based in New Jersey and join the 12-person global portfolio solutions team led by Executive Vice Chairman Ben Brenner. Â
- Skanska announced a leadership transition in its U.S. building operations. Brian Best, General Counsel of Skanska USA Building, will retire effective April 10. Stefani Bonato will transition into the role of SVP – General Counsel. Bonatoi will serve as the business unit’s primary internal legal advisor, overseeing its Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Insurance & Bonding functions.Â
- Delshah Capital has added Michael Bacon as Executive Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets & Acquisitions. Bacon previously spent 15 years as COO of a prominent international family office in Dubai. Having successfully co-invested with Delshah on several past projects, he joins the firm to spearhead the expansion of the business through strategic partnerships with other family offices and to further broaden Delshah’s investment footprint.Â
- RAMSA (Robert A.M. Stern Architects) announced that Christina Victori has joined the firm as Head of Interior Design. With over two decades of design expertise across high-end residential, branded residential, and hospitality projects, Victori will oversee the expansion of RAMSA’s interiors portfolio, advancing the firm’s practice in the U.S. and abroad.  Â
