The Chevy Chase Land Company has announced the debut of Pisco y Nazca Ceviche Gastrobar at 2 Bethesda Metro, an office tower in downtown Bethesda that recently completed a $25 million repositioning.
Located on the retail level of 2 Bethesda Metro, the 6,547-square-foot space is the third metro location for Pisco y Nazca, a popular restaurant concept known for its modern twist on traditional Peruvian cuisine. “We are excited to welcome Pisco y Nazca to 2 Bethesda Metro, bringing an upscale and energetic dining amenity to the tower, as well as to neighboring office and retail,” said Jason Winans, Executive Vice President, Asset Management at The Chevy Chase Land Company, owner of 2 Bethesda Metro.
The 315,000-square-foot building underwent a $25 million repositioning in 2024. “We have significantly reimagined this property from the relocated entrance to the state-of-the-art amenity pavilion inclusive of an expansive rooftop deck, 20-person conference room, tenant lounge with pool table, and fitness center,” added Winans.
