CommonSpirit is constructing a 100,000-square-foot medical office building at the Chandler Regional Medical Center (CRMC). The current campus comprises the hospital and medical office buildings, located near Frye and Dobson. AZBEX reports the new MOB will provide hospital outpatient rehabilitation services and specialty medical practices (e.g., orthopedics, trauma, GI, brain and spine and thoracic). In addition to medical services, there may be some employee training space related to hospital service and care.Â
The design firm is Devenney Group Architects.
CommonSpirit has 2,200 care sites in 24 states with 35,000 providers and 45,000 nurses across a system of hospitals and clinics. The Chandler Regional Medical Center offers a range of services, including emergency care, heart & vascular services, specialized cancer treatment, and women’s health care.
