
National Development said Monday that three prominent tenants have renewed long-term leases totaling more than 130,000 square feet at The District in Burlington, MA, with one tenant expanding by about one-third.
COMSOL, a global software leader, expanded its footprint at 100 District Ave. by an additional 11,500 square feet, bringing its total to 45,500 square feet under a new 10-year lease. Black Duck Software, a leader in software application security, signed a seven-year renewal for 45,000 square feet at 800 District Ave. Regus, a flexible workspace hub, recommitted to its 43,000-square-foot coworking location at 1500 District Ave. for seven more years.
“We’re thrilled that COMSOL, Black Duck, and Regus have chosen to continue growing their teams by choosing The District’s dynamic, best-in-class workspaces and amenities,” said Billy Kennedy, VP, asset management at National Development. Kennedy and National Development’s Angela Iannuzzi represented ownership in leasing negotiations, along with executive director Michael R. O’Leary of Cushman & Wakefield.
