Hamilton Development wasted no time getting to work on a 2.1 million-square-foot construction project in Clarksville. The Nashville Business Journal reports that within hours of closing on the land, the company had equipment on the site, permits were pulled, and grading began.
The development, called NorthPark Logistics, will offer 14 buildings across the 200-acre site. Four buildings, totaling nearly 550,000 square feet, are under construction, and the first two buildings in the park are expected to deliver in the first quarter of 2026.
Recently, the town has seen several thriving companies build manufacturing facilities: Hankook Tires, LG Electronics and LG Chem, to name a few.
Hamilton Development currently has 3.5 million square feet of active new development and 11.5 million square feet of legacy development underway across 12 Southeast markets.
Zac Cypress and Max Smith of Colliers are the listing brokers for NorthPark Logistics.
