NAIOP SoCal will bring its annual Night at the Fights to the Hangar Building at the OC Fair & Event Center on Oct. 9, while also creating a setting of elegance and competition themed “Once Upon a Time.” Night at the Fights will feature six commercial real estate professionals who have elected to step into the boxing ring.
The chosen industry fighters for 2025 include: Lucas Goldberg, Lovett Industrial vs. Sam Khatib, Belay Investment Group; Andrew Marshall, Talonvest Capital vs. Christopher Martinez, Pivot Interiors; and Max Motlagh, Green Street vs Jonathan Nguyen, Johnson Plumbing.
“I am so impressed with the real estate professionals who have elected to step into the ring this year,” said NAIOP SoCal CEO Tim Jemal. “They are all training to ensure that they are ready to battle on the event night. More than that, I want to thank the sponsors who make this event possible and help us to create an unforgettable industry evening.”
