Approximately 1,100 commercial real estate professionals gathered at the OC Fair & Event Center in Costa Mesa on Oct. 9 to experience the 34th annual NAIOP SoCal Night at the Fights. A highlight for the black-tie gala attendees was two industry bouts featuring four commercial real estate pros making their boxing debut. For 2025, the industry winners included: Lucas Goldberg, Lovett Industrial, who fought Andrew Marshall, Talonvest Capital, and Jonathan Nguyen, Johnson Plumbing, who fought Max Motlagh, Green Street.
“This year, we brought together professionals from across Southern California and North America for one of NAIOP SoCal’s hallmark events,” said NAIOP SoCal CEO Tim Jemal. “I want to thank our diligent committee for bringing this year’s fairy tale vision to life as well as all the event sponsors, whose support makes this signature NAIOP SoCal event possible, year after year.
NAIOP SoCal was also honored to welcome NAIOP Chair Alexander Thomson of Edmonton, Alberta-based Prevail who is the first Canadian Chair of NAIOP.”
