
Moss Construction, alongside developer URBY, completed URBY Dallas Phase Two. Moss completed Phase One of the project in 2023. The combined cost of each project phase totals more than $215 million. URBY Dallas was designed by Amsterdam-based architect Concrete and local Dallas architect 5G Studio Collaborative.
URBY Dallas’ newest addition is 28 stories and offers 364 residential units, retail space, and parking across more than 300,000 square feet. Additional amenities include a pool, fitness center, dog park and washing station, and a café.
This is the second of three high-rise towers URBY is planning for the site, totaling more than 1,000 units in the Design District. Urby has 6 open properties, 9 properties in active construction and development, 8,000 units total, and 200 employees.
