The 2027 BMW iX3 has finally arrived, debuting as the first car to use BMW’s highly-anticipated Neue Klasse electric architecture. This is a huge deal, as it brings it some stellar features like an 800-volt architecture, 400-kW charging speeds, huge efficiency gains, BMW’s Heart of Joy ECU, and the ability to stop without using mechanical brakes. At launch, BMW is focusing on a single trim called the iX3 50 xDrive, which is powered by two electric motors producing 469 horsepower and 475 lb-ft of torque.
