Mid-America Real Estate Corporation Principals Ben Wineman and Joe Girardi served as exclusive listing brokers on behalf of the seller, Phoenix-based RED Development. Block & Company’s David Block and Zach Albrecht represented the purchaser, a private investment group.

Developed between 2009 and 2017, Summit Fair is one of the newest retail destinations serving the Lee’s Summit trade area.
