GCP Paper USA is building a 450,000-square-foot warehouse in the East Montgomery County Industrial Park, located on a 35.73-acre plot of land. The recently announced warehouse will be built adjacent to the facility already under construction in New Caney.
ConnectCRE earlier reported on the company’s groundbreaking of a 566,000-square-foot, $38.3 million facility in the industrial park. Construction began on the project in June. The facility will house the production of the company’s toilet paper, napkins, kitchen towels, facial napkins and special papers. Construction is expected to be complete in June 2026.Â
Construction on the warehouse is expected to begin by 2030. The factory and warehouse will be located at 19685 Emerald Lane in the East Montgomery Industrial Park.Â
GCP Paper is the market leader in Mexico for private-label paper products. This new facility will be the company’s flagship location in the United States. Â
