
Mesirow, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, has acquired a Bothell mixed-use apartment complex this week for $177 million.
The 451-unit Villas at Beardslee span four parcels that have a total tax assessment value of $184 million, reported the Puget Sound Business Journal. The transaction represents the region’s third-largest real estate deal so far this year. The seller is Holland Partner Group of Vancouver, Washington.Â
The 486,000-square-foot complex is on 7.5 acres, and the five-building development includes 62,000 square feet of commercial space. The property features studio, one-, and two-bedroom floor plans with walk-in closets, modern fixtures and wood-style flooring. Villas at Beardslee is located at 19128 112th Ave NE in Bothell. The project’s commercial tenants include Beardslee Public House, Wildwood Spirits Co., Starbucks, Milan Laser Hair Removal, White Lotus, Marlowe Boutique and Livewell Animal Urgent Care.
