MDH Partners has acquired Ontario Commerce Park II in Ontario. Located within the California Commerce Center, the four-building, 133,400-square-foot industrial park is fully leased to nine tenants. James Hwang at MDH Partners served as acquisition lead and Michael Hefner from Voit Real Estate Services represented the seller.
“Ontario Commerce Park II offers an excellent opportunity to acquire a fully leased, infill multi-tenant asset, situated in one of the most desirable and critical industrial submarkets in the Inland Empire West,” said Hwang. “Ontario Commerce Park II is an irreplaceable asset and was acquired substantially below replacement cost. After opening our office in Los Angeles last year, we are investing in all major markets across the western U.S.”
The four freestanding buildings at 720, 740, 760 and 780 S. Milliken Ave. are divisible to up to 19 individual units, with flexible unit sizes and loading configurations.
