TADA Youth Theater, a non-profit drama program for teens and young adults, has opted to stay in its 10,000-square-foot space, renewing a five-year lease at 15 W. 28th St. in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan. The community program, which produces original musicals for family audiences and hosts musical classes, has been located in the building since 2002.
“TADA loves the space they have called home for so long,” said Josh Berger, VP at Norman Bobrow & Co., who represented TADA Youth Theater. “The building’s layout on the second and third floor is a perfect place to serve their present and future needs.”
The building is owned by East Coast Management and has an asking rent of $50 per square foot. The landlord was represented in-house by David Eshagpour.
