MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services has been selected as the exclusive leasing broker for Culpeper Corner, a new mixed-use development in Culpeper, Virginia.
Sam Orr, Executive Vice President, and Brian Thomas, Real Estate Advisor, are handling the assignment on behalf of the ownership group, the Sprouse Family/Legacy Markets. Construction activities are expected to commence shortly on the speculative development comprising two buildings and just over 21,000 square feet of commercial office and retail space, with delivery targeted for 2027.
Thirteen separate spaces are available for lease, including 15,346 square feet of ground-level retail space and just over 6,000 square feet of commercial office space on the upper floor. “New ground-up developments have become exceedingly rare, so Culpeper Corner provides a compelling opportunity for retailers, restaurants, and commercial office users to lease first-generation space within this fast-growing market,” said Orr.
