Cybersecurity and data analytics company Blackwood has acquired 122 Severn Avenue, a 5,344 square foot flex/office building overlooking the Severn River in Anne Arundel County, Maryland for $1.525 million.
MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services’ Senior Vice President and Principal Trish Farrell represented the seller, Kevin and Charlene Quinn in this sales transaction.
The recently-renovated building is configured with private and collaborative office space and a conference room. The property is zoned Waterfront Mixed Maritime (WMM) which is suitable for office, retail, light assembly and manufacturing, warehousing, and storage.
122 Severn Avenue is surrounded by retail offerings and restaurants including Annapolis City Dock, the Annapolis Yacht Club, Chart House, Eastpoint Shopping Center, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and Leeward Market.
“Buildings of this size are rarely available in this market, the roll-up door features were highly-desirable, and the new owner purchased an irreplaceable asset that will serve its real estate needs for many years to come,” said Ferrell.
