Logistics Property Company, LLC (LogiPropCo) has closed on a 43-acre site at 38 and 40 United Dr. in West Bridgewater, MA. The site will be developed as United Logistics Center, LogiPropCo’s first speculative development in the Boston market.
When completed in 2027, the development will include two rear-load warehouses with 36′ clear heights, totaling a combined 312,279 square feet of Class A space. Located within an established industrial hub directly off Route 24, the site offers access to I-95, I-93, and I-495, key routes for regional distribution.
“United Logistics Center’s location offers proximity to Boston’s city center and the critical supply chain infrastructure in the surrounding market for tenants in the region,” said Mark Glagola, SVP of LogiPropCo’s Northeast Region. “This development caters to a wide range of tenants through its flexible and modern, Class A design.”
LogiPropCo’s Northeast Development team worked with Newmark, the seller’s representative.
