
Lingerfelt and The Davis Companies recently signed a 152,491-square-foot lease with M.C. Dean at Carmel Church Business Center, located at 11174 Enterprise Parkway in Ruther Glen, Virginia.
Jake Servinsky and Jimmy Appich of JLL represented M.C. Dean, and Graham Stoneburner and Mark Douglas of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented ownership in the transaction. M.C. Dean is an engineering and systems integrator firm that designs, builds, operates, and maintains cyberphysical solutions.
Modular Mission Critical, a 585-acre manufacturing campus one mile northeast of the Carmel Church Business Center, is the company’s hub for customizable and secure modular products. Carmel Church Business Center is a 325,500-square-foot industrial warehouse and distribution facility strategically located within the greater Richmond industrial market.
