- As part of this effort, they revealed an ultra-luxury catamaran concept.
- It has also introduced its upscale Lexus House residential concept.
Lexus stormed the Japan Mobility Show with three different LS concepts, but they were just part of the company’s “multi-modal luxury vision.” As part of the brand’s reimagining, they’re envisioning a “limitless luxury lifestyle.”
Under the new plan, the company is eyeing products for land, sea, and air. While the brand isn’t a stranger to luxury yachts, they introduced a catamaran concept that’s billed as a “high-performance vessel designed for an exquisite, crewless passenger experience.”

The company didn’t say much about it, but the autonomous catamaran has a rigid windsail covered in solar panels. We can also see an expansive rear deck as well as an elegant interior with large windows, a spiral staircase, and an eight seat table.
Lexus also noted that since the catamaran is crewless and travels across the ocean, owners could enjoy extreme privacy.
Lexus House
Housing developments have become popular among automakers and Toyota’s premium brand is exploring the idea with the Lexus House. Looking worthy of a Bond villain, the residence embraces clean lines and locally sourced woods.
There are also tall ceilings and large glass windows, which would be ideal in remote locations. Lexus also mentioned an open design that allows for “voluminous spaces.” Furthermore, the top floor has been envisioned as a place to showcase your vehicles as they sit among furniture.
Lexus Hub
Lastly, the Lexus Hub is a community space that brings retail, food, art, entertainment, and services – such as child care – together in a futuristic building. It sports a spindle design with renewable timbers as well as a transparent roof that allows light to shine in.
The company didn’t say much about it, but we can see a bar and what appears to be a restaurant. It also sports a Joby landing pad, because why not?
