Car companies file many trademark applications. Not all portend new production vehicles. Some of them are merely due diligence. But sometimes the trademark applications are very specific and almost undoubtedly preview a car heading to production. Toyota filed one of those this week, and it looks like the Lexus TX three-row crossover may be getting a new hybrid variant. And if that does come to fruition, you may want to hit pause on that Toyota Grand Highlander purchase.
