- Crossover features new paint colors and some other minor tweaks.
The 2025 Lexus UX received a number of notable upgrades including a fifth-generation hybrid system, a new lithium-ion battery, and a revised interior. The entry-level crossover is now rolling into 2026 with a handful of minor updates.
Set to arrive later this year, the 2026 UX 300h offers a new Ultra White paint job that replaces the previous Eminent White Pearl. F Sport buyers will also find a new monotone Caviar option.

Lexus went on to imply the 2026 model gains newly standard auto-leveling headlights as well as an available thematic ambient lighting system on Premium and F Sport trims. However, you might want to take that with a grain of salt as Lexus rehashed last year’s press release and left it riddled with errors.
Among the numerous mistakes are claims that the crossover has a larger 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, new chrome accents, and updated switchgear. These changes – along with others – all occurred last year, so any suggestion they’re new is patently false.
To give you an idea about how bad things are, Lexus said “For 2025, a larger 12.3-inch multi-information display adorning the instrument cluster becomes standard on all Premium and F Sport models while a 7-inch multi-information display is standard on the Base model.”
This time around they changed the model year, but left everything else untouched. As a result, they claimed “For 2026, a larger 12.3-inch multi-information display adorning the instrument cluster became standard on all Premium and F Sport models while a 7.0-inch multi-information display is standard on the Base model.”
Power and Performance
Since Lexus clearly doesn’t care about the UX, we’ll keep things brief and remind you the crossover has a hybridized 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces a combined output of 196 hp (146 kW / 199 PS).
This enables the model to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in as little as 7.9 seconds with the optional all-wheel drive system. Customers can also expect a fuel economy rating of up to 45 mpg city, 41 mpg highway, and 43 mpg combined.
Pricing starts at $38,250 including destination, which is up from $38,035. That’s an increase of $215, but this isn’t across the board as the range-topping UX 300h AWD F Sport Handling climbs $170 from $48,070 to $48,240.
